Class plans by BPM, not by clock.
A Tempo Sheet is the skeleton of a class: each block as a BPM band, the cadence to cue, and the count to change on. You bring the tracks. Read their BPM live, slot them in, and the planning night shrinks to the length of your playlist.
New sheet every week. Instructors: share them into your group, the numbers are the point.

№4 · Indoor cycling · themed ride · 45 min
Halloween ride, 45 minutes
A themed rhythm ride that stays dark and slow in the climbs and only lets the room run on the drops.

№3 · HIIT · bootcamp · circuit · 30 min
HIIT, 30 minutes
Six rounds where the work plays at 140+ and the rest drops to half — the music is the timer.

Dance fitness, 50 minutes
A Latin-to-pop arc that climbs to 150 and lands softly — every song on the count.

How to use a sheet
- Play each candidate track on any speaker and read its BPM live.
- Drop it into the block whose band it falls in. Climbs cue ½ time; flats and sprints 1:1.
- Cue changes on count 1. Call them on 5-6-7-8 of the phrase before.
The conversion behind every column is on the RPM to BPM chart.
